Awakenings festival 2026 is sold out and set to make history with its biggest edition ever
Awakenings Festival 2026 is officially sold out, cementing its position as a global phenomenon and one of the largest techno festivals in the world. Taking place on July 10, 11, and 12 in Hilvarenbeek, The Netherlands, the event will welcome a record-breaking 119,000 visitors. This milestone marks the largest and most popular edition in the festival's nearly 30-year history, drawing electronic music lovers from more than 115 countries, ranging from Australia and Colombia to Canada and Brazil, to celebrate a shared passion for underground culture.
The festival continues to build on the renewed site layout introduced last year at Beekse Bergen, where nature and electronic music seamlessly merge. Spread across the expansive lakeside and forest grounds, visitors will experience stages in a variety of unique settings. The production features an impressive mainstage, a vibey stage deep in the forest, a hidden rave area, and an industrial warehouse filled with pure club energy. Additionally, a spectacular hard techno tent will showcase large-scale production alongside a dedicated house stage featuring the most sought-after artists of the moment. For campers, the idyllic campsite offers swimming beaches, illuminated trees, and an exclusive, dedicated night programme that keeps the music going until sunrise.
The 2026 lineup reflects the full depth of today's techno and house landscape. Global icons such as Charlotte de Witte, Richie Hawtin, Amelie Lens, Ben Klock, Rødhåd, and Adriatique will share the spotlight with the new generation currently taking over dancefloors worldwide, including Azyr, Novah, Pegassi, Kettama, and Adrián Mills. House music also plays a prominent role with sets from Marco Carola, Mau P, Franky Rizardo, and Josh Baker. Furthermore, Awakenings has curated highly anticipated, exclusive collaborations specifically for this edition, including Chlär x Yanamaste, DJ Gigola x Funk Tribu, Joris Voorn x Kevin de Vries, and Max Dean x Prospa.
