Tom & Collins Present the New Era of Terms & Conditions Records
Mexican duo Tom & Collins mark a new chapter in their career with the relaunch of their label, Terms & Conditions Records, alongside the release of their brand-new single “Time To Party” with DvirNuns, recently recognized as Beatport’s #2 Indie Dance Artist of 2024.
Released on October 10, 2025, the track blends the high energy of indie dance with the depth of Afro house, resulting in a powerful and elegant production. Energetic vocals and intense synth layers define a sound that captures Tom & Collins’ most mature and global sonic identity to date.
The launch coincides with the international debut of the label’s new showcase format, featuring six events across cities like Monterrey, New York, Guadalajara, and Los Angeles. In Mexico, the showcase took place at the Explanada del Museo Marco alongside Hugel and Marten Lou, while in New York, the duo shared the decks with DvirNuns at the Superior Ingredients rooftop.

With over 120 releases in its catalog, the label now embraces a more selective curation process, where every track is tested on global stages such as Tomorrowland, EDC, Ultra, Ushuaïa Ibiza, and Pacha Ibiza.
The story of Juan Pablo Escudero and Jorge Corral —friends since a student exchange in Paris—has evolved into one of the most influential projects in Mexican electronic music. They’ve remixed artists like Madonna, Gorgon City, Duke Dumont, Claptone, Sofi Tukker, and TOKiMONSTA, and released music on labels such as Universal Music, Ultra Records, REALM Records, and Insomniac Recordings.
With this relaunch, Terms & Conditions reaffirms its mission: to create music that transcends genres, uniting commercial and underground sounds under a single artistic vision.
