Stella Bossi Launches All Excess Agency, A Female-Focused Booking Platform Redefining Industry Standards

Berlin, 23.02.2026 – A new chapter in electronic music infrastructure begins with the launch of All Excess Agency, a Berlin-based booking agency founded to actively rebalance representation within the global techno landscape. The agency is dedicated to supporting female artists, artists who present as female.

At the helm is internationally recognised techno DJ and producer Stella Bossi, who assumes the role of Head of Creative. As founder, Bossi brings both her platform and artistic philosophy into the structure of the agency, positioning All Excess not merely as a booking outlet but as a values-driven framework. The agency integrates artistic autonomy, professional management systems, and social accountability under one roof.

A Clear Stance on Safety, Responsibility and Structural Change

The launch arrives at a time of heightened scrutiny within the music industry, following ongoing revelations of misconduct and systemic power imbalances. All Excess Agency positions itself firmly in favour of transparency, ethical partnerships and safer working environments.

The agency publicly stands in solidarity with survivors of abuse and encourages those seeking support to connect with the advocacy initiative Me Too DJs (@metoodjs), which provides guidance and access to legal resources.

“Electronic music represents freedom, unity and collective experience,” says Bossi. “Respect must be the baseline. We operate with clear values, transparent structures and collaborators who take responsibility for the spaces they build.”

Beyond Booking: Event Innovation and Sustainable Artist Growth

All Excess Agency extends beyond traditional booking representation. The platform will develop curated event concepts designed to foreground female talent, while also investing in structured talent development and strategic consulting. The objective is to create not only performance opportunities but sustainable career pathways.

Initial artists have already joined the roster, with further announcements forthcoming in the coming weeks. At launch, the first artists have already been confirmed with Carla Schmitt, HANAA and MOIA joining the agency, and more artist announcements expected soon.

“With my previous booking agency, everything functioned well,” Bossi adds. “But with All Excess Agency, we are setting new standards. We are building spaces where women empower one another and build sustainable careers. This is about strengthening female-led structures within the music industry.”

All Excess Agency launches as both a representation platform and a structural statement: a move toward greater equity, accountability and long-term balance within electronic music culture.
