Ministry of Sound Launches New Immersive Dining Experience Last Orders

Ministry of Sound has announced Last Orders, a new immersive dining experience that transforms the club's iconic dancefloor into a multi-sensory event combining food and music. The inaugural edition takes place on 9th and 10th September as part of the venue's ongoing 35th anniversary celebrations.

Held inside The Box, the experience pairs a five-course tasting menu created by Michelin-starred chef Brad Carter with a soundtrack curated by house DJ Ralph Lawson, tracing the evolution of house music through both cuisine and sound.

The menu takes inspiration from cities closely associated with the development of house music, starting in Chicago with a contemporary interpretation of deep-dish pizza before moving through dishes influenced by New York, Berlin and beyond. Throughout the evening, Lawson's soundtrack follows a similar journey and explores styles from Chicago house and Balearic sounds to UK house, all while reflecting Ministry of Sound's long-time club heritage.

Brad Carter is the chef behind the Michelin-starred Carters of Moseley and has an ingredient-led approach to cuisine. 20/20 Vision founder Ralph Lawson has been a fixture of the UK house scene for more than three decades.

Last Orders is intended to become an ongoing series, with future editions set to feature different chefs, DJs and creative concepts exploring the relationship between food, music and club culture.

The event runs from 18:30 to 22:30 on both evenings, with tickets including the five-course tasting menu, cocktail pairings and a post-dinner DJ set from Ralph Lawson.

The launch forms part of Ministry of Sound 35, the club's year-long anniversary programme which has included the renovation of its main room, a global tour and a series of special events.
