Metamorfosi Records closes out 2025 with its first VA ‘The various - Volume 1’
Joseph Capriati’s Metamorfosi Records has rapidly asserted itself as one of 2025’s most compelling new imprints, and to wrap up a year of relentless momentum, it unveils its first Various Artist project: The various - Volume 1. Released on December 19th, this compilation extends Capriati’s sharp A&R vision, bringing together a curated selection of tracks that reflect the forward-thinking sound the label has championed since its landmark collaboration with Dennis Cruz on ‘No Sleep’.
The VA delivers a high-voltage sonic journey, led by electrifying cuts such as Aitor Astiz & Joey London Style’s ‘Cupcake’ and Marco Tropeano’s ‘Goes without saying’. For those seeking a deeper, heads-down experience, Ammo Avenue’s ‘Rock it down’ and Kidoo’s ‘Luuna’ provide growling low-end grooves and tripped-out sonics perfectly suited for the late-night hours. Meanwhile, Elbio & Denis with ‘Power bank’ and Horo (IT) with ‘Paradise’ offer true club weapons, weaving together pulsing basslines and cosmic textures.
The release’s more organic and rhythmic identity is rounded out by a quartet of percussive highlights. Francesco Squillante’s ‘You killed us’, Harvy Valencia’s ‘CAPRII’, Joe Vanditti’s ‘Be myself’, and Vanee feat. Teo Galindez’s ‘Dos mujeres en mi vida’ each draw on rolling drum-work to complete the package. With The Various - Volume 1, Metamorfosi not only celebrates a historic 2025 but also cements its status as a fresh powerhouse in electronic music, ready to lead the global dancefloor into the New Year.
