The glowing Italian sunrises supervise all the major events in Turin, where every year a special gathering takes place - the intersection of fashion and electronic music - Kappa FuturFestival. Remarkable is its substantial past, with a passion that appears to be keeping the festival alive and well. The team's dedication never fails to impress, creating an indelible experience every time. When excitement, music, and fashion unite against the background of the dawn, they all become part of the FuturFestival in Turin, year after year.

FUTUR by Jägermeister

Grandiose is a suitable description for the FUTUR stage, famed for its prominent industrial pillars. Within this distinctive space, memorable moments transpire and fashion recollections that perdure eternally. Representing the essence of the Future, its bounded walls resounded with exceptional performances in modern times - a testimony to the luminaries it has been privileged to observe. Consider, as an illustration, the successive performances this year featuring the likes of Skrillex and Blawan, or perhaps Mochakk b2b Black Coffee. Live sets by The Blaze and hybrid performance by Who made who added to the magic. One could equally not neglect the closing performance from Tiësto on the inaugural day. It was a performance that unified a handful of Legends for the one and only passion of electronic music. Mixmag was happy to be present at this moment.

On the closing day, The Blessed Madonna delivered a stunning performance. The festival was genuinely blessed. With such an extraordinary closing, anticipation is already building for what 2025 will bring.

SOLAR Stage

As the name suggests, the SOLAR stage hit with the same intensity as the sun, delivering hard-hitting sounds to Torino. Artists like Cassie Raptor, Oguz, Sara Landry, Shlomo, and Pan-Pot brought relentless energy and intense performances. Patrick Mason definitely made us dance on Saturday's closing performance with his contagious moves. TOPS B2B Kobosil b2b clara Cuve Dax J & SPFDJ

Reiner Zonneveld teleported us into a diverse musical dimension during his closing performance in 2024.

Solar also counted with its own VIP area that was more tranquil, not like the high-spirited stage. This is one of my favorites, as it is more soothing.

VOYAGER Stage

A fusion of the park's industrial and natural zones, Voyager materialized like a gateway into another dimension. The non-stop dancing crowd was a testament to the stage's appeal. Hector Oaks and Adiel – a combination that evoked memories of the humble beginnings of Italo & club scene during their demonstration.

Mochakk put on an amazing solo show, and Paco Osuna, The Martinez Brothers, and Barbara Lago really kept the crowd pumped up.

On Saturday, Carista, Honey Dijon, Jamie Jones, and Maceo Plex gave unforgettable performances. Then on Sunday, Enrico Sangiuliano, Tini Gessler, and Vintage Culture took the stage, with Carl Cox closing it out in the perfect way to wrap up the 2024 event.

KOSMO Stage

Deeper into the festival, the KOSMO stage was found in a more hidden corner of Parco Dora, resembling a time capsule transporting attendees to the times of the groove. It was a perfect meeting point for an alternative vibe.

On Friday, artists such as Drums and Chants, and Legowelt (Live) set the tone, while Saturday featured a standout performance by Quest B2B Christian AB and The Hacker B2B Alessandro Adriani.

We loved to see the amount of vinyls played at the festival!

Sunday saw Joe Claussell B2B Ron Trent, Kléo, Lorenzo Aribone, and Carl Craig bringing the stage to a close for 2024.

NOVA Stage

The NOVA stage at the festival had a really cool, almost otherworldly vibe to it - it felt like a secret garden or some kind of space-themed area. Every day, there was something new and exciting happening on that stage, with each day showcasing a unique style and magical atmosphere.

On Saturday, the lineup was packed with back-to-back sets from some big names, like Andrea Oliva and Nic Fanciulli, Bonobo and DJ Tennis, and Seth Troxler and Skream.

Then on Sunday, the NOVA stage hosted a special Drumcode stage, curated by Adam Beyer. The lineup featured some incredible artists like Olympe, Kevin de Vries, Kolsch, Rude, and of course, Adam Beyer himself. Adding another layer of excitement on that day.

Exceptional Staff and Hospitality

One of the most impressive aspects of Kappa FuturFestival is the dedication and professionalism of its staff. Their proficiency and dedication were apparent to the entire audience. An incident transpired during the occasion - the misplacement of a mobile device belonging to one of my associates, which prompted apprehension. Nevertheless, an individual from the staff promptly located the phone and enthusiastically initiated the process to reunite the device with its rightful owner. An engaging narrative, yet this was merely a component comprising the festival's ultimate objective: to provide all its participants with an experience of exceptional quality.’’’

Vip and Starship

The VIP section had a relaxed stage where guests could take a break and relax. There were some great Italian coffee options and a nice restaurant to enjoy. If you needed to touch up your makeup, there was a special station that could give you the perfect festival look, so you'd always be ready to have fun. Throughout the whole festival, there were plenty of places to charge your electronic devices, which was really convenient so you didn't have to worry about your battery dying. They also had a fancy merch shop with pretty much everything you'd want for the festival. While umbrellas were not available, perhaps next year the organizers could introduce an exclusive Kappa-branded umbrella, adding to the range of commemorative items. Alongside the VIP area, the "Starship" stage provided a continuous flow of melodic entertainment, offering a delightful respite for those seeking a break from the main festivities. The combination of the VIP lounge and the Starship stage created a well-rounded experience, catering to the varied needs and desires of the festival-goers.

After Parties

After festival hours, there were several after-parties happening across the lovely city of Torino for those who wanted to keep the party going. The opening party kicked off on Thursday with PRUNK at Centralino. On Friday, July 5th, there were events with DVS1 at Azimuth, Paco Osuna at Audiodrome, and Nicolas Lutz at Bunker. Saturday, July 6th was packed with Christian AB B2B Quest at Bunker, Skream, Seth Troxler, and Abel at Centralino, Estella Boersma at Azimuth, and Cloonee and Youniverse at Audiodrome.

To wrap up the weekend, on Sunday, July 7th, there was Moodymann B2B Carl Craig at Centralino, Dax J at Azimuth, and Beltran and Vintage Culture at Audiodrome. The festival spread its vibrant energy across the different venues around Torino, giving attendees a wide variety of music styles to enjoy,
