Joris Voorn drops new remix of Tom Walker’s ‘Burn’ on Spectrum Music

After teasing it in his sets for more than 12 months, Dutchman Joris Voorn finally releases his superb take on Tom Walker’s ‘Burn’ on 21 February via Spectrum Music.

Voorn has long been at the forefront of the melodic scene. The Rejected label boss's take on house and techno has always been rich in electronic synthcraft and cinematic drama. He is a top-tier performer who conveys similar feelings in his sets around the world both as a DJ, but also as a live act under the VIRSION alias.

Voorn has already road tested this track to great effect everywhere from Budapest to New York and Tokyo. It finds him bringing a powerful groove and plenty of suspense to the original which features the raw but emotive vocals of Scotsman Tom Walker and first appeared on his album 'IAM.'

Walker is a BRIT Award-winning singer-songwriter best known for his hit ‘Leave a Light On’ and, lyrically, this single muses on the feelings you get when someone doesn't reciprocate your feelings for them and you eventually get to breaking point.
