A pillar of the underground house and minimal scene for over a decade, FUSE founder and renowned selector Enzo Siragusa continues to showcase precisely why he’s become a DJ and a producer constantly in high demand all across the globe. Continually evolving his signature sound to capture his wide-reaching influences while serving up an endless list of stand-out releases on home turf, including the recent ‘Laughing Tones’ alongside ‘Dreamscape’ to mark the label’s 50th EP release, his next outing brings a label debut to his rich catalogue. A release a long time in the works, he finally unveils the release of ‘Searching’ featuring singer/ songwriter Laville on Will Saul’s revered Aus Music imprint - including the ‘UK Dub’ mix, which has been road-tested by Siragusa for months with significant early support from close friends such as Saoirse and Chris Stussy.

“It’s fair to say that most people know me for the minimal sound of FUSE or the music you hear me playing on the big stages these days. However, the early days of my DJ career in the late 90s were rooted in US deep and soulful house. I was a regular at Garage City, heavily influenced by the US imports, and I used to play that DJ circuit as DJ Enzo - in fact, a few heads from that scene thought I was mad when I changed my DJ name. This release is a nod to that period and my own take on it, adding some soul to my sound.” - Enzo Siragusa.

A deep, absorbing and compelling slice of house music, it’s easy to see why ‘Searching’ has created so many stand-out moments in Siragusa’s sets already well ahead of its release. From the shimmering synth melodies and resonant synth stabs to the skippy percussion and Laville’s captivating vocals, it is a track crafted for pure dancefloor bliss. Upping the pace and drawing on his extensive garage knowledge and influences, the ‘UK Dub’ raises the energy levels further, delivering a heads-down, hands-up production destined for the later hours.
