Full Circle: 20/20 Vision Marks 30 Years with ‘Full Circle Vol. Two’

Three decades deep and still shaping the fabric of UK electronic music, 20/20 Vision returns with the second chapter of Full Circle, a series dedicated to bridging the label’s rare past with its electrifying present. Following the success of Full Circle Volume 1 earlier this year, which unearthed gems from Christian Löffler, Tuccillo, and Art of Tones, the new installment shines a spotlight on the imprint’s co-founder Carl Finlow aka Random Factor, alongside a heavyweight cast of remixers that reads like an underground hall of fame.

At the heart of Vol. Two lies a long-lost treasure: Ricardo Villalobos’ “Easy Lee (Random Factor Remix)”. First heard by 20/20 Vision founder Ralph Lawson at fabric in 2003, the remix has remained locked away for over two decades. “I knew it was gold dust,” Lawson recalls, and now, with Villalobos’ blessing, it finally sees daylight. What began as a missed collaboration between Playhouse and 20/20 Vision has come full circle, living up to the series’ name in every sense.

Also on remix duties, Craig Richards delivers a beautifully detailed re-imagining of Convergence, a track he’s championed since day one. Debuted during his set at Houghton Festival, Richards’ version encapsulates the essence of fabric’s sonic DNA, intricate, immersive, and timeless.

fabric’s connection deepens with fellow resident Bobby., who injects explosive festival energy into Lockdown. His remix, tested across summer stages including Glastonbury’s Block9, is a relentless floor weapon built to shake walls and test sound systems to their limits.

Rounding out the release, Sean Johnston (Hardway Bros) pays homage to his A Love From Outer Space roots and the late Andrew Weatherall, flipping Digitize into a bass-heavy, kraut-tinged voyage reminiscent of CAN’s hypnotic drive.
