Faul & Wad officially release Paroles Paroles remix after two years of DJ circuit buzz
Parisian electronic duo Faul & Wad Ad, best known for their 2013 international hit Changes which topped the singles chart in Germany and reached the top three in the UK, have officially released their remix of Paroles Paroles, the classic duet originally recorded by Dalida and Alain Delon in 1973.
The track had been circulating informally since first appearing on SoundCloud more than two years ago, where it accumulated over 100,000 plays organically and built significant momentum in DJ sets throughout 2024 before receiving a formal release.
The remix blends Afro and Latin house grooves with the melodic elegance of the original, updating the French pop standard for contemporary dancefloors while retaining the character of the source material.
Faul & Wad Ad, aka Maxime Le Dû and Camil Meyer, have expanded their sound in recent years to incorporate Afro house, Latin house and deep house influences, a direction the Paroles Paroles remix reflects directly. Their 2024 single Sauti has accumulated over 74 million streams, underlining the duo's commercial reach alongside their club-focused output.
The official release is available to stream and download now.
