Easttown returns with new 'Momentum' EP on MÜSE
Dennis Cruz and Eddy M's Eastman label welcomes the Dutch DJ and producer Easttown with a new EP on 16 May.
Based in Amsterdam and active in the city’s club scene since 2018, Eastman sits at the intersection of house, minimal and disco. He has previously released on Cécille Records, House Of Love and LTF Records and has a busy summer schedule that will see him play at Franky Rizardo’s FLOW events at Off Sónar and JOY x FLOW Festival.
The Momentum EP features two tracks. The title track is a warm, upbeat sound with neon pads and a nice breezy feel to the groove that will be perfect for open-air dancing. 'Chasing' leans into a more chunky groove with plenty of bounce in the kicks and turbo-charged stabs that keep injecting the energy next to subtle vocal details and wispy synth motifs.
The release marks Easttown’s debut on MÜSE and continues the label’s mission of spotlighting both emerging and more established house and tech talent.
