Defected Announces Full Line-Up For Chinois Ibiza 2026 Residency
Defected has revealed the full line-up for its 2026 Ibiza residency at Chinois, taking over Thursday nights from May 7 to October 8. The 23-week season marks a new chapter for the globally recognised house label as it settles into the intimate club space in Ibiza’s Marina, just steps from Ibiza Town.
The programme brings together several generations of house music talent, balancing foundational pioneers with contemporary selectors shaping today’s dancefloor culture. Chicago originator Lil Louis and Detroit innovator Carl Craig lead the historic lineage, joined by scene-defining figures such as Kerri Chandler, Kevin Saunderson and Armand Van Helden.
Alongside them, modern house heavyweights including Dennis Ferrer, Eats Everything, Jayda G and Jonas Blue will deliver peak-time energy across the season. The line-up also highlights emerging artists and tastemakers such as TSHA, Eliza Rose, Cinthie, KILIMANJARO, Olive F and Ella Knight, reflecting the breadth and evolution of the current house landscape.
Defected’s own extended family remains central to the residency. Longstanding label names and residents Sam Divine, Monki and Melé will appear throughout the summer, joined by artists closely tied to the label including Oden & Fatzo, Deetron, Riva Starr, Arielle Free and Shermanology.
Speaking about the announcement, Defected CEO Wez Saunders said the residency reflects the label’s ongoing balance between heritage and forward momentum.
“Chinois is an incredible space, and this line-up reflects where Defected stands right now, honouring our roots while pushing the culture forward. It’s about world-class DJs, genuine community and the energy you only get when the right crowd meets the right music.”
Since opening in 2022, Chinois has quickly established itself as one of Ibiza’s most respected venues, known for its high-quality sound system and intimate dancefloor environment. Positioned as an alternative to the island’s larger superclubs, the venue has cultivated a reputation for music-focused programming and a community-driven atmosphere.
The 2026 residency also carries the theme “Defected Forever,” celebrating more than 25 years of the label’s global presence in house music culture. Built around the idea that house music thrives through connection and community, the concept reflects the friendships, collaborations and shared experiences formed on Defected dancefloors worldwide.
With weekly line-ups and special guests still to be revealed throughout the season, the label’s move to Chinois is already shaping up to be one of Ibiza’s most anticipated residencies of summer 2026.
