Damian Lazarus Reveals Lineup for Day Zero Bali 2026, Journey to the Centre of the Universe

Damian Lazarus has revealed the full lineup for Day Zero Bali 2026, marking the next evolution of the globally revered gathering as it lands in Indonesia for the first time. The international expansion will debut on April 17, 2026, transforming GWK Cultural Park into a ceremonial axis where sound, land, and intention converge.

Set against Bali’s southern peninsula, Day Zero Bali brings together a meticulously curated assembly of selectors and live performers for a sunset-to-sunrise journey shaped by ritual, rhythm, and collective energy. The lineup includes Acid Pauli, Âme (DJ), Bonobo (DJ Set), Brunello, Francis Mercier, Jamie Jones, Jan Blomqvist (Live), John Summit, Kitty Amor, Meera, MĪMĪ x FY, Odyssey Crew, PNNY, RYOTA, Satori (Live), and Tina Colada, alongside a closing sunrise session from Lazarus himself.

Born in the jungles of Tulum and shaped by Mayan cosmology, Day Zero has evolved into a constellation of gatherings worldwide, each deeply informed by its environment. From Mexico to Brazil’s São Miguel dos Milagres, every edition reflects a dialogue between culture, landscape, and sound. With Bali now illuminated within that constellation, Day Zero’s philosophy of balance, transcendence, and transformation enters a new chapter.

Musically, Day Zero Bali reflects Lazarus’ uncompromising curatorial vision. The lineup moves fluidly between melodic storytelling, deep ritual rhythms, and expansive dancefloor moments, mirroring the island’s harmony between precision and openness. Artists like Bonobo, Âme, Jamie Jones, John Summit, Jan Blomqvist, and Francis Mercier are united by an ability to command both intimate emotional spaces and vast communal experiences, while deeper, exploratory sounds are carried by acts such as Acid Pauli, Kitty Amor, Brunello, and Meera.

As the night unfolds, the gathering follows a carefully guided arc, gradually shifting in tempo, tone, and intention. As dawn approaches, Lazarus steps into the booth for his defining sunrise set, a hallmark of the Day Zero experience. Known for fearless edits, rare reworks, and genre-bending selections, his closing sessions function as moments of collective release, anchoring the journey in reflection and shared movement.

The setting itself is central to the experience. Rising more than 120 meters above the landscape, GWK Cultural Park is crowned by the monumental statue of Vishnu riding Garuda, a symbol of guardianship and cosmic balance. Framed by open sky and distant sea, the site becomes a natural axis for Day Zero Bali, amplifying the connection between sound, place, and ritual.

Two years in the making, Day Zero Bali is described as the culmination of a global search for a location that felt destined. Guided by the belief that Bali represents a spiritual and energetic center of the universe, the gathering finds a natural home on an island long revered for ceremony, renewal, and harmony. Carrying the same pulse that first awakened in Tulum, Day Zero now evolves into new dimensions through Bali’s unique cultural and spiritual landscape.

Led by Lazarus and his influential Crosstown Rebels imprint, Day Zero continues to operate at the intersection of underground music and immersive experience. For the Bali edition, Crosstown Rebels has partnered with the Savaya Group, whose work has played a key role in shaping Bali’s contemporary creative ecosystem, bridging music, design, and sacred storytelling across destinations such as Savaya, Desa Kitsuné, and Ina Ré.

As night falls beneath Bali’s star-filled sky, every rhythm becomes a signal, every dance a meditation. Day Zero Bali is not simply an event; it is a return to source, a living ritual shaped by land, sound, and those who gather within it.

Day Zero Week will run from April 14 to 19, 2026, featuring additional rituals, gatherings, and celebrations across the island. Further details will be announced soon.

Tickets go on sale Thursday, January 15.
