Canadian electronic artist Daijo returns with ‘White Lines’, a high-tempo house track that sees the producer move firmly towards the dancefloor.

Built around a heavy, driving bassline, tight percussion and a recurring vocal hook, ‘White Lines’ takes a direct approach from the outset. Its stripped-back arrangement keeps the focus on rhythm and momentum, with tension and release shaping a track designed for late-night clubs and peak-time festival sets.

Born in Hamburg and raised in Vancouver, Daijo has developed his sound across the Canadian electronic music scene while drawing from both house and melodic techno. His approach to music has also been informed by his family history, including his mother’s journey as an Iranian refugee, an experience he credits with shaping his perspective on connection and the role music can play in bringing people together.

That idea takes a more physical form on ‘White Lines’. The track is less concerned with introspection than immediacy, channeling Daijo’s production into something functional, energetic and firmly aimed at the club.
