Charlotte de Witte unveils debut album cover art, track list and pre-orders

Belgian techno powerhouse Charlotte de Witte has revealed more details surrounding her long-awaited self-titled debut LP, set for release on November 7th via her own KNTXT imprint. Fans can now pre-order the album on vinyl and digital formats, with the artwork and full track list officially unveiled.

Two singles have already fueled anticipation: the acid-soaked set staple “The Realm” and the organ-driven anthem “No Division” (featuring XSALT). The latter saw an exclusive vinyl drop during her recent six-show takeover in New York City, which sold out across four days. A third single is still to be unveiled before the full album release.

The 11-track record showcases the full scope of de Witte’s sonic identity after a career spanning fifteen years and 25 acclaimed EPs. “I started to feel the urge to embrace a format that allowed me to showcase my sonic identity in its entirety,” she explains. While deeply personal, she makes clear this is first and foremost a DJ album: “I’m a club kid, always will be, and every track on this record makes me want to dance.”

The album features heavyweight collaborations, including XSALT, Comma Dee, Lisa Gerrard and Alice Evermore, alongside solo explorations of techno and acid intensity. Highlights include “Vidmahe”, “Domine”, “Hymn” and “Matière Noire.”

After being hailed by Vogue, BBC 6 Music, Resident Advisor, DJ Mag, Mixmag, Rolling Stone and Billboard, de Witte now cements her place in electronic music history with a release that bridges personal storytelling and peak-time dancefloor energy.
