Bootshaus Heats Up the Winter: A Season of Chaos, Legends, and All-Night Raves
Cologne’s Bootshaus is turning up the heat this winter with a fully loaded calendar that’ll keep the city dancing straight through to New Year’s Eve. One of Germany’s most iconic and fiercely independent club spaces, Bootshaus just dropped its Winter 2025 schedule, and it’s nothing short of explosive.
Across October, November, and December, the venue welcomes a tidal wave of names: Above & Beyond, Kevin de Vries, Kölsch, Oguz, ANNA, Neelix, and brand takeovers from Hardbrake, Chrome, Unreal, Loonyland, KITKATCLUB, and elrow, among others.
From Warehouse to Legend
Founded in 1991 as Warehouse and reborn in 2005 as Bootshaus, the club has carved out its legacy through raw, high-energy, no-frills raving. Forget velvet ropes and VIP tables; Bootshaus has always been about sound, sweat, and shared chaos.
The venue’s three industrial-grade rooms, Mainfloor, BLCKBX, and Dreherei, are powered by Funktion-One and Seeburg systems, accompanied by a blinding arsenal of lasers, strobes, and fog; the result is pure sensory overload every weekend.
The Season Begins
Winter kicks off October 17 with Hardbrake’s hardstyle takeover, followed by a deep techno descent courtesy of Nibirii and Oguz on the 18th. By the end of the month, KITKATCLUB brings the Berlin madness to Cologne, while an ADE Special takes things offshore with Neelix and friends aboard a rave ship. Loonyland Halloween then closes in October with a full-blown fright-fest.
November Madness
November blends hard dance, techno, and nostalgia, from Harris & Ford and Jebroer (Nov 7) to Unreal Hard Edition (Nov 8) and Chrome’s minimalist techno showcase (Nov 14). Wonderful Days (Nov 15) revives old-school rave energy, before Nibirii, Rules xxx Bootshaus xxx, Sub Zeo 50/50, and Sexy Confessions keep the decks hot through the end of the month.
The Grand Finale
December is pure Bootshaus glory. Above & Beyond land on December 5 for a euphoric mainfloor moment, followed by Holler at Me on the 6th. elrow storms in on December 12 with its signature carnival of color, before Kevin de Vries and Kölsch join forces on December 13 for a house-techno masterclass. The same night, Oliver Magenta brings friends for a homegrown blowout. Avaion headlines on December 20 with his "In the Middle" showcase, before Loonyland Silvester 2025 takes the city into the new year loud, bright, and wild.
