Award-winning DJ and producer duo Bedouin are following up on their debut album ‘Temple of Dreams’ (Human By Default), with a series of remixes to be released on their imprint from a prolific roster of electronic music talent. Unfolding Part 1 of the LP’s next evolution alongside Damian Lazarus and Vintage Culture, the first of Bedouin’s ‘Temple of Dreams’ remixes will arrive on August 25th, followed by more rework deliveries in the coming months from Made By Pete, Robin M, LP Giobbi, Catz ‘N Dogz, Harry Romero, Anja Schneider, Santiago Garcia and Nandu.

Over the course of seven years, Bedouin (Tamer Malki and Rami Abousabe) spent a great deal of time finalizing existing material as well as composing, writing, singing and collaborating with a diverse roster on new originals to create a deep listening experience showcasing their multidisciplinary talents as producers, lyricists and musicians. ‘Temple of Dreams’ is the culmination of these sessions, capturing the sonic expression of the versatile, forward-thinking group who draws upon their Middle Eastern heritage, Western upbringing and worldly travels to connect with fans around the globe.

Delivering the first ‘Temple of Dreams’ remix is Damian Lazarus, one of the most respected names in contemporary house and techno. In this iteration, Lazarus reimagines ‘Voices In My Head’ utilising Abousabe and Malki’s original and darkly alluring vocals that blend genres whilst injecting his signature style and distinctive sound.

The second track in this package comes from Brazilian artist Vintage Culture, who offers his own melodic interpretation of Bedouin’s hypnotic composition and soulful cover of J.J. Cale’s ‘Tijuana’. The energized remix brings Malki and Abousabe’s already anthemic piece on an unpredictable journey to a new dimension, demonstrating why he continues to amass ongoing support from the likes of industry arbiters such as DJ Mag, as well as earn spots in Spotify’s ‘Global Viral’ playlist and on Beatport’s top ten dance chart.
