With so many to choose from, we've put together a list of seven not to miss in August…

The 2026 lineup features Floating Points, Four Tet, Jeff Mills, Ben UFO, Helena Hauff and Avalon Emerson, with performances spread across woodland stages just outside the city.

Houghton Festival | Norfolk

Set within the grounds of Houghton Hall, this cult fave combines world-class sound systems with uninterrupted extended DJ sets in a picturesque rural setting. Craig Richards once again curates the lineup and is joined by minimal pals Ricardo Villalobos, Zip, Raresh, Margaret Dygas, Sonja Moonear and more across forests, lakes and historic parkland.

Eastern Electrics | London

Eastern Electrics returns with another celebration of house, techno and garage across heavyweight programming and high-energy crowds. This year artists include The Martinez Brothers, East End Dubs, Skream and Joseph Capriati taking over multiple outdoor stages with a crowd that is always well up for it and no hassle getting to and from the easy to access site.

UNTOLD Festival | Cluj-Napoca

One of Europe's largest, UNTOLD transforms the heart of Cluj-Napoca into a multi-day spectacle featuring DJs, live acts and impressive production. This years lineup includes Martin Garrix, Armin van Buuren, Black Coffee, Anyma and Fisher with performances taking place inside the city's football stadium and local parkland.

Dimensions Festival | Tisno

Dimensions continues its tradition of showcasing forward-thinking electronic music on Croatia's Adriatic coast. Split between open-air stages at The Garden Resort, intimate beach sessions and sunrise parties at the legendary Barbarella's Discotheque, this year Ben UFO, Floating Points, Eris Drew, Moodymann and Theo Parrish all line-up.

Appetite On The Farm | Essex

After four successful editions from 2022 to date, the British festival Appetite On The Farm returns to Kelvedon Hall in Brentwood, Essex, for their 5th anniversary, taking place between 29th and 30th of August. With an increased capacity of 20.000 people, new site developments, and six dedicated stages, this much-anticipated fifth edition is the most ambitious yet at the historic estate, and features a stellar lineup of the likes of Jamie Jones, Shanti Celeste, Dyed Soundorom, Eliza Rose, Max Dean and more.

XRDS Festival | Belgium
