"It is not the same to pay and send a second-hand T-shirt or book for 20€ than a DJ equipment or electric guitar for 3.000€. For this reason, Sounds Market offers a specialized shipping service that we personally supervise, in which the seller must fill out an online form attaching photos of the product packaging for us to check and approve". If the product does not pass inspection, the seller is advised to pack the product properly.
As for payments, these are made with escrow, which allows the buyer, once he has received the product, to have two days to verify that it is in the same condition in which it was described by the seller; otherwise, we make a return.
